CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUPS

Brain Injury Association of Colorado

Support Groups offer a welcoming space in which survivors of a brain injury can come together with other survivors & their loved ones. Support Groups create a two-way street of giving and receiving where a member can feel supported by the group while also supporting others who may be experiencing some of the same things that they are.

Support groups meeting in-person and/or virtually for caregivers, partners, parents, siblings, and loved ones of survivors of a brain injury. See group descriptions for more information, intended audience, and group leader contact information.

Severe Brain Injury Caregivers

Our mission is to provide an effective forum for the exchange of ideas and peer-to-peer support that is tailored to meet the special needs of caregivers to the moderate-to-severely brain injured. We believe there is always hope and we will never give up on our survivors. We believe that idea sharing and mutual support are an important part of the caregiving process.

Meeting times: 5:30 - 7:00 pm MDT on the second and fourth Sunday of each month
