An immersive retreat designed for women who are navigating PCS
Our retreat curriculum is centered around community, mindfulness, nature, psychoeducation, and art. Participants will leave the retreat with a collection of resources, opportunities for further engagement, and most importantly, a support network.
Every Concussed. retreat is personalized to a target group and limited in size. Our 2024 Fall retreat will be hosted in Colorado and tailored specifically to women currently living with Persistent Concussion Symptoms.
