I offer individualized, strengths-based coaching for graduate, undergraduate, and high school students who feel like they could benefit from additional support in school.  I work with all learners and am equipped to provide additional support and resources for those living with a concussion, chronic illness, neurodiversity, and/or a learning disability.  My goal as an academic coach is to serve as a non-judgmental accountability partner who supports your success as a learner.

Together, we will:

  • Develop systems for scheduling of time and assignments

  • Prioritize workload and organize materials

  • Identify goals and break them down into smaller action steps

  • Track progress on tasks and goals

  • Review performance and make adjustments to the plan as needed

  • Discuss available accommodations

  • Foster growth

  • Co-create a vision of hope

  • Identify and utilize strengths

TESTIMONIALS

"I can't thank Cait enough for the incredible guidance she has provided me during grad school! Not only did she help me tackle tight deadlines, but she also worked with me to discover strategies that best suited my unique style of learning. These skills have helped me far beyond the context of school. Cait has a true passion for helping students- no, helping humans- reach their academic goals.  I wouldn't be where I am without her support and knowledge."
